so I haven’t posted in like a week. I have completely fell off my diet and been eating randomly and too much. :( The problem is that I do very well during the week at my dorm, but as soon as I leave to my own house I stop my Slimfast diet and just pig out on all sorts of foods. And then I had midterms this week, so dieting was not on the top of my priorities, and every night I convinced myself that I needed “brain food”, which meant me snacking on almonds and wheat thins and cheese its.
Aside from that, after two weeks of really good dieting and exercising at least three times a week, I checked the scale: 140.5. -.- ARGGH. I gained half a pound. I was really, really expecting to have lost something- my clothes are fitting a lot looser, my legs look more toned, even my sister said I looked like I was losing weight. So I think I’ll attribute the gain to muscle, maybe? My legs do look a little more muscular, and I have been doing lots of running. I hope I’m not being delusional here. Anyway, time to get back to my diet and working out now that my midterms will be over tomorrow.
